Customs brokerage for flower exports
A shipment that leaves the airport without correct paperwork is a shipment rejected at destination. We handle the SENAE filing at origin and coordinate with the destination broker before takeoff.

Origin — SENAE + Agrocalidad
Export declaration, phytosanitary certificate issued by Agrocalidad, AWB, commercial invoice and certificate of origin.

United States — USDA APHIS / CBP
APHIS inspection at port of entry under the NCFRP (National Cut Flower Release Program). Coordination with CBP Ag Specialists, typically at MIA. No FDA Prior Notice required — that's for food only.

Russia — Rosselkhoznadzor
Phytosanitary entry inspection. Direct Ecuador → Russia is the standard route. Transit via EAEU members (Kazakhstan, Armenia, Belarus) is under added scrutiny — we always declare true origin.
