Air freight for cut flowers from Ecuador
We run the Ecuadorian side of the air shipment: farm pickup, consolidation, cold chain in transit and handoff to the carrier. The airline flies the route; we operate everything that happens before takeoff.
How we handle a shipment

Farm pickup
Refrigerated truck of ours within the window agreed with the grower. No handling changes between farm and airport.

Documentation
Coordination with Agrocalidad for the phytosanitary certificate, AWB issuance, commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin.

Carrier handoff
Delivery at the airport cold dock with recorded temperature. We stay until cargo is confirmed loaded in the aircraft's refrigerated hold.
